There's a typo for the release date of SQL Server 2019 Cumulative Update 1. It currently says January 7, 2019, but it was actually released on January 7, 2020.

@TroyStarr Thank you for this correction, and apologies for the delay. There is now a merge conflict with this change and other changes that have been made since then. For simplicity, I'm going to correct the date in a new PR and close this one. Sorry for the confusion.
