Before we do the Basic/Advanced tabs section, we can add the following:

• the reshaped modal that opens from the send and confirm screens
• header (title, subtitle, 'x' for closing)
• Empty 'Basic' and 'Advanced' tabs
• "Total" rows with dummy (non dynamic) data
• footer (cancel and 'Confirm & Submit' buttons)

For now the buttons in the footer need not do anything.
