This chart will go in the advanced gas customization tab. See the screenshots in #3

This tab is just to create the chart connected to a dynamic external source, and it should be one that can fit in the modal as pictured in the screenshot.

Given work already done on this - gitcoinco/skunkworks#50 - the task may just required getting existing code into metamask and touching up css. However, if the used libraries in the existing code impose too many retrictions, getting the chart to an acceptable state may require rebuilding from scratch.

If the advanced tab is not in place at the time work begins on this ticket, the developer can simply work on the chart in isolation, as long as the final product can be easily added to the gas customization modal.

This would likely make a good external module.
