Add 7.77.1 changelog covering the two cherry-picks on release/7.77.1-ota: - Added cross-chain Polymarket Deposit Wallet withdraws via MetaMask Pay (cherry-pick of #29953 from #30265). - Fixed first-deposit failures while the Polymarket Deposit Wallet is still being registered (cherry-pick of #30267 from #30276).
