Merged 7.67.0 and 7.67.3 sections from stable sync into changelog. Kept cleaned 7.68.0 section on top, followed by 7.67.3, 7.67.0, 7.66.1. Updated version compare links: 7.68.0 now compares against v7.67.3. Made-with: Cursor
