Describe the bug

Problem: triggering a queue of several signatures does not terminate if I reject one.

Similar as MetaMask/metamask-extension#23225

Expected behavior

Not sure if it's possible, but I would expect the same as happens when triggering a queue of transactions, that if I reject one the rest are not triggered.
Basically this would serve as spam protection.

Steps to reproduce

1. Checkout feat: add batch and queue signature and transactions test-dapp#294
2. Click Send x10 queue transactions
3. Confirm a couple -- see after you confirm one, the next appears
4. Reject one -- see no more transactions appear, even though we haven't reach to 10
5. Now, Click Sugn x10 queue
6. Confirm a couple
7. Reject one -- see next signature appears, until we reach 10
