Describe the bug
PAPERCUTS - Wrong first responder. By clicking Reset or Next once will dismiss the decimal pad, its needed to click twice to reset or proceed to next screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Receive > Request Payment > Select Asset > Enter amount
2. Click on 'Reset' or 'Next'
3. The keyboard dismissed but the action is not triggered

Expected behavior
The action should be triggered the first time the button is pressed.
