Describe the bug

Gasless swaps + bridges are currently failing on mobile due to the controller being on an earlier version.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to swaps
  2. Select any ERC20 token
  3. Select Max and see a gasless quote
  4. Submit transaction and see it fails
