Describe the bug
When trying to Cancel or Speed up a transaction on Keystone account, the
Confirmbutton from the modal is unresponsive. It's not possible to cancel or speed up a pending transaction.It's possible to reset account and the pending transaction is removed.
Expected behavior
Be able to cancel or speed up a pending transaction
