[Bug]: [Ledger] "Something went wrong" is shown even though the 2 approval swap is successful on Sei network #30730

Describe the bug

Expected result:

Using Ledger, the user should be able to swap USDC/Sei to Sei.

Actual result:

Using Ledger, the user can successfully swap USDC/Sei to Sei, but "something went wrong" error is shown.

Environment - iOS:

Device: iPhone 12 ; iOS 26.3.1 (a)
MM version: branch fix/ledger-monad-swap-issue

Environment - Android:

Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 ; Android 16
MM version: branch fix/ledger-monad-swap-issue

Environment - Ledger Nano Gen5:

ETH app version 1.21.3
Ledger OS:
secure element 1.0.5
microcontroller 8.0.10
bootloader 7.0.10
Hardware version: 003-0

Steps to reproduce

  • connect Ledger with MM
  • make sure the blind signing is enabled
  • try to swap USDC/Sei to Sei
  • notice the error "something went wrong"
  • notice that the swap is successful
