When using the gasless swap on Solana, submission is blocked by Blockaids validation error

Expected behavior

Balance validation is skipped and gas-included transaction with insufficient balance to maintain rent can be submitted as they will be bundled with funding transaction

Steps to reproduce

1. on the RC, make sure you have the minimum SOL Balance
2. Swap USDC to SOL
3. Get the gas-included quote
4. The submission is blocked with the message: "This transaction will be reverted, the Account ... has insufficient funds for rent."
