Describe the bug

When tapping a position in the ondo rewards campaign, a user should see a sheet if the position is:

• Split between multiple accounts
• Is tied to a different account completely (then the active one)

Right now they are just navigated to the ondo campaign rwa page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a rewards opt in with 2 accounts
2. Opt into the ondo rewards campaign
3. Open a rwa position with account 1
4. Switch to account 2, tap on rwa position
5. No sheet pops up, navigates straight to ondo campaign rwa page
