Description

The 'close position' and 'modify' actions in Perps trading are not geo-restricted. Users in geo-restricted regions can access these features, which should be blocked for compliance with regional regulations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the app from a geo-restricted region (or mock geo-restriction)
2. Open a position in Perps
3. Tap the "Close" or "Modify" button on the market details screen
4. Observe that the action proceeds instead of showing the geo-restriction bottom sheet

Expected Behavior

When a geo-restricted user taps "Close Position" or "Modify":

• The geo-restriction bottom sheet should be displayed
• The action should be blocked (no navigation occurs)

Actual Behavior

The close position and modify flows proceed normally without any geo-restriction check.
