Action Items

• Change the name of the issue from "Internal JSON-RPC" to the message of the error itself like:
  "The method wallet_addEthereumChain does not exist/is not available". So that we can separate the issues and then decide what what we should fix or not log, etc.
• Don't log "user rejected" errors
