[Bug]: Decimals formatting doesnt support tokens < 0.01 #24326

Category: missing decimals for tokens
Build number: v7.62.0 (3374)
Device/OS: iPhone 11
Description: all tokens display 2 decimals, even the ones which price is <$0.01, which leads to price being displayed as $0.00
Expected behavior
Decimals matches formatting in asset details page to represent the price properly
