When you set a custom spend limit, it doesn't save

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Go to uniswap
- Set up an ERC20 to x with a token you need to approve
- On approve modal edit permission
- Change the custom spend limit and save
Expected behavior
Custom spend limit should be respected
to be added after bug submission by internal support / PM
Severity
