Describe the bug

When on confirm view, on an address that doesn't have enough balance, when wanting to switch to an address that does, I cannot scroll to the top to pick that address

I'm trying to scroll to account 1 which does have enough balance

To Reproduce

1. Add up to 6 accounts on your wallet
2. Switch to your 6th account
3. On whichever network you're on, ensure that account 1 has a balance
4. Go to a deeplink while on account 6 which has 0 balance and try to switch to account 1 which does have a balance and enough to confirm the txn (notice how you're unable to scroll and tap on account 1)

Expected behavior

I should be able to scroll and tap on a desired account to switch my "from" address

to be added after bug submission by internal support / PM
