Describe the bug
Currently, there seems to be an issue on how LD configuration is fetched causing home screen to show the legacy CTAs where the swap button is disabled. The same issue can be observed on the asset details page. We need to make sure that the default build-level flags for swaps and bridge across all networks match the latest of whats on
main-prod(ormain-rcin case of new changes).Expected behavior
To show the unified flow and have the swap button enabled at all times.
