Describe the bug

The snap dialog primary button has inconsistent font color.
Looks like on the onboarding flow we are using a white font (blue background) button and snap dialog uses a black font (blue background) one.

Expected behavior

Both experiences use the same font color on the primary button

Steps to reproduce

1. Onboard your account
2. You should see a white font button throught the experiece
3. Go to a Solana account
4. Click on send
5. Use the flow
6. You should see a black primary button
