Describe the bug

When a permitted network is deleted, network endowments do not update accordingly. The number of permitted networks is not updated, chain icon for the deleted network replaced with the '?'.
Network permission can be uodated if user adds another network.

3. Go back to wallet view and delete the network

5. Check network permissions
