From looking at the changelog, I don't think we're affected by these breaking changes. We don't use any options or absolute paths. |

Updates the
resolve-url-loaderdev dependency to get rid of ahighvulnerability peryarn audit. The dependency only used for webpack to build our React storybook, and the behavior appears to be the same.
