Description

Bumps @metamask/tron-wallet-snap to 1.24.0 and adds a yarn resolution to load the preview build @metamask-previews/tron-wallet-snap@1.24.0-preview-1c14162 for CI / QA validation before the final release is published.

Note: The yarn resolution must be removed before merging. This PR is for testing only.

Build the extension (yarn start or yarn dist)
Load it in Chrome and verify Tron wallet functionality works as expected with the snap preview build
