Restoring accounts should warn if probably wrong #72

Description

@danfinlay

When restoring an account from seed words, it's probably because you had activity on that account.

When someone first enters their seed words to restore, we should check if those accounts have any activity on them.

If they don't, we can suspect they may have typed their seed words wrong, and warn them. Maybe something like This wallet has never been used! Are you sure you typed the seed words right? With buttons Yes I'm sure! and No, take me back!.
