The purpose of this PoC is to test if can easily add new metrics to the Desktop app and see them appear in Segment.

Create a buffer where events are collected before the user accepts to share his metrics.
Once user accepts, all events are sent to Segment.

Confirm that's what the extension does as well. If not, align on the extension.
