Implement warning notification when desktop app is already connected to another extension. #135
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- open desktop app
- open extension 1
- pair extension 1 with desktop app
- turn off extension 1 (connection becomes inactive)
- reset desktop app state
- open extension 2
- pair extension 2 with desktop app
- open extension 1
