Bug description

The StringInterningFormatter.cs metafile in the Unity package has not been committed.

This may cause the build to fail if the Package is specified in GitURL.

Expected behavior

StringInterningFormatter.cs metafile has been pushed

Actual behavior

What happened instead of what you expected.

• Version used: 2.4.25 for Unity
• Runtime: (e.g. .NET Framework, .NET Core, Unity, mono, etc.)
