Bug explanation

The implementation of #2603 is not conform to Material Design specifications:

For fixed tabs, the maximum width for each tab should be determined by the width of the widest tab. The group of tabs should use a fluid margin and align to the center or leading edge of the body region.

The solution to have uniform tabs in 'Strech' or 'Center' aligment is good but sometimes uniform tabs are also required for left or right aligned tabs.
