Suggestion: allow the _markbind/variables.md to use include directives.

Rationale: variables.md of the outer site can include the variables.md files of sub-sites, instead of having to define similar variables again. This is especially useful when the set of icons used by the site is defined as variables and the outer site wants to use the same set of icons, for consistency.
