To my amazement, when running the build/test pipeline after upgrading from 7.0.x to 8.0.x in the workflow definition, it seems that .NET 8.0 RC1 is actually available after all. What a pleasant surprise :) |

This pull requests updates all projects to .NET 8.0 (excluding Mapster.Tool.Tests which uses the dotnet-tool install of Mapster.Tool). Closes #630.
