Quality dialog title and subtitle probably need to be more generalized #139

Problem description

Hi, I'm currently working on translating strings into Russian, and while I was testing translations out to check if everything looks good, I've noticed that when I'm trying to download a movie that has multiple versions from my server, the dialog window explicitly says "Select quality".

Jellyfin is capable of reading a movie folder with file variations that can have completely arbitrary labels attached to them, which can be used not only for different resolutions (1080p, 2160p, etc.), but also different types of a movie (Theatrical cut, Director's cut, etc.).

Here's what it looks like now (Top - Director's cut, Bottom - Theatrical cut):

Proposed solution

It probably would be better to have the quality dialog window say something like "Select Version" and "Choose which version you would like to download" to make it more general, so that it could cover cases for different labels.

Strings that are affected: quality_dialog_title, quality_dialog_subtitle
