Things had been working fine until a couple weeks ago, perhaps some plex update maybe? In the debug log, I am getting this:

POST http://192...*.7:7878/ap...ulk failed with status 400 Bad Request

I have checked the Plex server connection settings, did the Test Connection - everything is successful.

Not sure what else to check.
