Describe the bug
Dragging ellipses in Overlay designer auto centres them on the bottom-right corner of the outline box

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Overlays -> New Template
2. Click on Ellipse
3. Drag Ellipse shape around.
4. Ellipse teleports sqrt(2 * r^2) distance, heading 135 degrees from where it was when the mouse button was released.

Expected behavior
Ellipse remains where it is at the time the mouse button was released
