Using this issue to keep track of a few improvements that should be made.

• Lots of schema.json files end up being dropped, which could be annoying.
• We should add support for merging multiple config files (or at least global+1)
• I would like to provide some shortcuts to share a minimal config for the current context (e.g. .katrc.yaml), probably it would be a single profile entry that would always be selected by default instead of using rule evaluation.
  • We would need some way to explicitly activate this functionality so that users aren't surprised with a command they didn't expect. Probably a flag and environment variable to enable it.
