The copyright notice on all project files date back to the original release of MRtrix in 2008. They probably need to updated when this new version is released. Not sure how it's supposed to be done - maybe:

Copyright 2008,2013 Brain Research Institute, Melbourne, Australia and King's College London, UK

But when the time comes, the simplest thing to do will probably be to strip out all of these comments and preprend the same updated notice to all files...
