I would like to report a bug regarding the styling settings and suggest a small feature improvement.

Bug Report: "No border under a profile" is ineffective

I noticed that the setting to remove the border under the operator profile is not working as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to System configuration -> Start chat form settings -> Default settings.
2. Open the Additional form settings tab.
3. Check the box "No border under a profile".
4. Save the settings.
5. Open the chat widget.

Expected behavior:
The horizontal line (border) below the operator profile/header should disappear.

Actual behavior:
The border remains visible regardless of whether the checkbox is checked or unchecked.
