Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra

Problem with IT8792E/8795E:

Any value set with fan control seems to be ignored and does not affect the fan speed.

I see that a similar issue was addressed in 235 but unfortunately I'm still experiencing it.
