Adds debug tests to validate the various ways Leaflet is distributed are working correctly, specifically using ESM, AMD or using a global variable. This PR is split off from #10027, as it was getting a bit too big for my taste. The AMD example is currently not working, and will be fixed in a subsequent PR that ensures the distribution is actually built correctly.
