Otherwise you cannot tell it from a generated
string value that happens to include a colon.

The require pattern is now [a-zA-Z0-9_], which should be enough for a tag/prefix such as encrypted in encrypted:NsD8lobSxRbdY2pIfl4qWoN+16MN66BfmSP+sQ1xm4VZKdKfm7eEN9B2sADIQ1jh.

This is a follow-up to #56 #57.
