Upon reflection, a week is possibly too short to cater for extended periods of slow block production, is ill-defined (Monday to Sunday or what?) and more labour intensive to monitor than a more clearly defined period such as a "calendar month".

Righto - last word for now (hopefully) on this scoring issue, been plenty of time for people to discuss and vote
current results has option 5 ahead by a hair vs option 3 , 15-14, with a participation rate of 56.25%
I would have liked a higher participation rate, but enough active ops have had more than enough of a chance to get involved in either the discussion and/or vote. 
I'll give it a month so we can "see how it feels" before submitting any amendments etc. In the meantime, I'll work on a better framework for future polling etc.
