Describe the bug
When a user refreshes or reloads the annotation editor the new annotations don't appear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
This can be done by running a pipeline that creates annotations
Or by importing new annotations

Expected behavior
The annotations should properly update when the user reloads the annotations
