To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
In the annotation interface on VIAME-Web, click 'Download'. On a small screen (e.g., a laptop), there appears to be no way to scroll or otherwise get to the bottom Download options (e.g., download everything).

Expected behavior
For the Download pop-up window to sit under the Download button, no matter the monitor size, and be scrollable when necessary on small monitors
