Only single camera utility pipelines are being fed detections/tracks, but we want this for multi-cam and stereo pipelines as well
e.g. remove detections in polygon multi-cam version, refining stereo measurements after adjusting keypoints, etc...
An example pipeline is available in the sea lions add-on on the main page (utility_*2 and 3-cam.pipe that has input1, input2, input3 nodes - currently fails but should succeed with change)
