Providing more Information about Training Jobs #1277

Per Sam Woodman @ NOAA:
"On the jobs page (for a user, or for admin on /girder#jobs) I feel it would be quite useful if the job title for 'training' jobs was more informative than 'running training on # datasets'. For instance, I really like how informative the pipelines title is (e.g., 'Running pipeline_name on folder_name'), and I wonder if the job title for training could ~mirror this format. It would probably often be too long of a name to include the name of the config file, but perhaps the 'new model name' entered by the user could be included in the name? It seems this would make it easier for users to quickly scan their job log and see which job was which, rather than having to dig through the logs to try to find the new model name or config name.

Core of this issue would be to include the new name of the trained model in the girder logs to easily see which training job it is instead of looking at "Training on X datasets"

As a secondary thought to this I would like to create an admin panel within VIAME for jobs which would allow easy viewing of the users running jobs, links to their datasets as well as a way to cancel and delete jobs without having to go to the /girder#jobs page.
