  • Use official "API" for fetching Vulkan SDK for macOS and Windows.
  • Don't add ktxdiff target when only FEATURE_LOADTEST_APPS is selected.
  • Remove VS2019 from the CI build matrix. This is forced by the "retirement" of the VS2019 GHA runners. It means that VS2019 builds will likely start to fail in the near future.
