Some of the images on the kOS docs are quite old and outdated, as the GUIs of both kOS and KSP has changed since then. I remade all of the images on this quickstart tutorial page in 1.11.2, and they are all the exact same resolution and size as the previous ones. I also changed some other pictures that have the most outdated GUIs. I feel that the images that haven't had too many changes with game and kOS updates do not really require updates, as it is still easy to understand what the images are portraying in newer versions of kOS and KSP. Fixes #2952
