On master, it is unable to add Aqua.

In the SparseArrays runtests.jl file, add this: https://github.com/JuliaLang/Pkg.jl/blob/3e33f1b9fec31d106ffb9b95effa2071bc0efd36/test/runtests.jl#L13-L23

But replace "HistoricalStdlibVersions" with "Aqua".
