Uploads are failing quite frequently,

Proposal

• Review upload handling on Colossus side, try to detect if there are any room for making it more robust to faults or misconfiguration
• Review how to enhance rich data sharing with operator, lead and possibly even end user application (but be ware of security here)
• Review if adding additional tests would be useful.
