…0; preparations for 1.5 release; updates cmd app because disconnected input mols do not need to be filtered anymore and hydrogen saturation of result molecules must be done externally now, among other, smaller changes; test class still remains because it has a lot of code that did not make it into CDK but it was updated accordingly
