Related to #39

What's new:

  • generalized RDF cases for triples/quads to- and from-jelly
  • only positive ones -- we aim to validate that OPTIONAL generalized RDF support works as expected: repeated terms, frames, lookup tables
  • removed neg_001 from triples_1_1/to_jelly as it also had a generalized RDF input file -> hence, required a generalized RDF parser, which is optional, so to preserve the overall "generalized RDf-free" sentiment outside dedicated folders, the test was removed
