I had to move a bunch of stuff around in ProtocolConformanceSpec, but other than that, I managed to just write a custom reporter. I'm not sure if the CI was really needed, but I already had most of it done, so hopefully it all just works.
I initially wanted to make the report via Jena, but gave up and just used string templates.
